When I first arrived I really didn’t know what to expect. I was intrigued by the idea of abdominal focused healing. So much of my early wounding was reflected my lower chakras. After a few minutes I noticed how my nervous system calmed and I noticed how safe I felt. Dena’s work was intuitive, deep and different. What stood out was the strength in her silence! I noticed subtle energy shifts in my body as well as my emotions. I highly recommend this work for those who have maternal wounding or early childhood trauma, or just want to be supported in a healthy setting.
